Cycles Drive Everything
Over the last 22 years in real estate I have grown to love the cycle or more importantly, understanding the cycle of real estate. However, it wasn’t always this way. Early on in my real estate career I would struggle to understand the market. I would read the paper, watch the news, or ask other agents what they thought of the market. Basically, I was hoping somebody could give me some advice that would help me make sense of the market. Today, I appreciate the real data of drivers and influencers that give me the cycle dynamics of the market. The speed of the market and the sub-markets that are seller, balanced or buyer markets. Understanding and appreciating the drivers and influencers impacting the market is fascinating and telling. The more I study the market, the more I can help investors understand the cycle. And, the more I can help them strategize their present and future real estate goals. In the end, I hope I bring value to others and in turn, build long term wealth and happiness.
