Cedar Landing, our brand-new townhome development in Aldergrove BC, has open houses on Tuesday – Friday (3:00 – 6:00 pm) and Saturday – Sunday (1:00 – 4:00 pm)!
You’ve looked at our website and you’re ready to take a look at the homes. Have you considered what else you need to cover when you look at Cedar Landing? We’ve got three ideas:
Explore the area: Take some time to drive around the neighbourhood and scan what’s around.
Prepare your questions: You aren’t being nosy. You have a right to know everything about your potential new home! We’ll be available (and eager) to answer every last one of them to the best of our ability.
Ask questions about specific rooms, features, or functions. Figure out what kind of maintenance will be necessary. We’ll provide you with information about room sizes, features, and any other comments.
Bring a notepad: Record your questions, their answers, and anything else you observe as you take a look around. Jotting notes clears the clutter in your mind and reminds you want to chat about with your spouse or partner later.
