Halloween fun in the Fraser Valley!

Looking for more than just trick or treating? Here are a few fun Halloween-themed activities happening in the Fraser Valley

The Land of BOO

When? October 21 – 31

Where? Highstreet, Abbotsford

What? It’s a family friendly Halloween experience. Kids can collect treats from The Shops at Highstreet between 5 and 7 p.m. on October 31.

Grave Tales

When? Weekends in October, beginning on the 12th

Where? Fort Langley village

What? It’s a walking tour full of spooky stories. This event is only open to people ages 17 and up. This year, they’ve also introduced a youth version that’s geared toward older youth and teens. At this event, teens under 15 require parent supervision.

How? Buy your tickets online.  Prices vary between the youth and adult events. Grave Tales (for 17+) is $15.10 per person. Tickets for the youth-oriented one are $11.70 per person

Family Fright at the Fort

When? October 26 – 27, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Where? Fort Langley National Historic Site

What? Come enjoy trick or treating and other family activities at the Fort. This event is for families with kids under 10.

How? Kids under 2 are free. Kids and teens ages 3 – 16: $6.30; People ages 17 and up: $11.70

Papa Joe’s Corn Mazes

When? Every day from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Where? Maan Farms

What? There’s a 3.5 acre corn maze full of twists and turns for your family’s adventurous members, and a Kiddy Corn Labyrinth for those who prefer to take a delightful stroll through the corn.

How? Maan Farm’s Amazing Farm Fun Package is $23 for a family of four or more, and it includes admission to Papa Joe’s Corn Maze, The Kiddy Corn Labyrinth, the petting zoo and two play areas.
