Randy Dyck has been a high production realtor in Abbotsford for over 20 years. From humble beginnings on a farm in Alberta, Randy has worked tenaciously throughout his impressive career to build a name not just for himself, but for his team. In 2006 he branched off from RE/MAX Little Oak in Abbotsford with his own team and a simple philosophy; “Work hard, treat people fairly, give honest advice, and success will follow”. Youth Sport Sponsorships

Each year Randy also sponsors local youth ball teams including volleyball teams, softball teams and more! He’s been a long time sponsor of the Abbotsford Outlaws who take numerous medals in their fastball tournaments every year. For 2015 the Abbotsford Outlaws Midget B girls won gold in Nanaimo taking their last game against the Storm 98 by 11-0! The Division 3 volleyball team also took gold back in May and placed second over all in Division 4 at Nationals! Talk about local talent!

Big Brothers Big Sisters

As a father of 3 who has been married for over 25 years, (yes, to the same lady!) working with children has always been a strong passion for Randy. He has sponsored the Big Brothers Big Sisters golf tournament every year in the hopes of raising funds for the foundation and encourages the Eximus Team to get out there with their clubs and tees and support a fantastic cause.

When innovation and dedication to the task at hand are combined with a connection with potential buyers, a fantastic idea blossoms. You creative a dynamic, competitive environment when you put together 25 eager investors and a tour of properties to fit all criteria. In February this year Randy launched an exclusive Bus Tour for investors to find that perfect property in the Fraser Valley. Everyone on the tour is provided with a cash flow analysis of every property with Randy on hand to answer all the tough questions. Once the tour is over, a wine a cheese is held at the office for potential investors to get the inside scoop on the newest investments on the market and the chance for a 1 on 1 with realtors who have a plethora of experience in investing. 2014 Donation Match:

In 2014 Randy wanted to do something different in the spirit of giving and Christmas. He offered a promotion for the month of December that if you donated to the charity of your choice, Eximus would match up to $100 of your donation. Our colleagues and clients blew us away with an impressive $3000+ in donations themselves and gave Randy and his team the opportunity to donate to amazing causes such as The Cyrus Centre, Room To Read, The Stephen Lewis Foundation, and the Abbotsford Hospice Society. By Christmas Day Randy had donated over $1600 to match the donations.
